I started One Body Community Development Center because I have a deep, unwavering heart for people. I believe every person—no matter their background, zip code, or life experience—deserves the opportunity to live the life that God created them to live: a life of purpose, dignity, and fulfillment. Too often, I’ve seen people struggle not because they lack intelligence or potential, but because they lack access to the resources and support systems that make success possible.

My desire is to bridge that gap—especially for individuals and families in underserved areas. I don’t believe opportunity should be limited to one side of the city or a select few. St. Louis can only truly thrive when all of St. Louis is thriving. Through education, training, counseling, and community-building, One Body aims to provide the tools that empower people to grow, achieve, and believe in what’s possible for their lives.

This work is personal to me. I’ve seen what happens when people are given a chance—and I’ve seen what happens when they’re not. That’s why OBCDC exists: to open doors, build bridges, and be a light in the community. I believe that when people are supported holistically—spiritually, emotionally, and practically—they not only transform their own lives, but they lift up everyone around them. That’s the future I’m committed to building—one body, one city, united in hope and opportunity.
